Best Steakhouse in Vegas? Yes, Please!

It was hubby’s 40th birthday and since he is the one always making steak for our family, he wanted to have good steak experience. So, after some research, we decided on Bazaar Meat based on the number of awards and accolades they’ve received and we were so glad we did!

THE MOOD:
Bazaar Meat is an upscale and unique dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you know your meal is going to be bougie from the mood lighting to the decorations. This is a perfect place to go on a date or business meeting. There’s a lot visually to take in while you’re there – you’ll notice someone carting around and slicing up jamon iberico, fire from the grill, slabs of all different kinds of meat on display, a display of all different kinds of knives, smoke coming off hot rocks as meat is being cooked table side.

THE FOOD:
There’s different tasting menus Bazaar Meat offers, but we went with The Ultimate Tasting Menu ($295 per person). The presentation of each dish is carefully thought out, whimsical, and visually pleasing. It comes with the following:

-Caviar Cone
-Cotton Candy Foie Gras
-Marinated “Ferran Adria” Olives
-Shrimp Cocktail

-“Not Your Everyday Caprese Salad”
-Bison, Buffalo-Style
-Jamon Iberico de Bellota

-Sobrasada Toast
-“Beefsteak” Tomato Tartare
-The Classic Tartare

-Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef

-Washugyu Ribeye
-Grilled Asparagus
-Seasonal Mushrooms
-Buttered Potato Puree

Desserts
-Cream puffs, assorted tarts, and pastry

As you can see, it comes with A LOT and we we left super full. Our server also let me substitute some of the raw meats out and the substitutes (croquettes) were amazing!

My favorites from the tasting menu would definitely be the “Beefsteak” Tomato Tartare, Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef, and the Washugyu Ribeye. The Tomato Tartare was a fun visual and refreshing plate. The tomato actually looks like raw meat and it was packed with flavor and so juicy. Don’t even get me started the A5 and Ribeye. Both were MELT IN YOUR MOUTH goodness and I highly recommend. Dip them with the buttered potato puree and you are in heaven!

Some awesome touches: Our server gave us champagne to start off our meal and also gave hubby a mini sprinkle donut and candle to blow out for his birthday. I loved the details and care to acknowledge his bday for our meal.

THE ‘TUDE:
Bazaar Meat just has their service on point and from our experience, sets the standard in dining. From the hostess to server to food runners, everybody was on their A game. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure our drinks were always full.

OVERALL:
Hands down, I would say Bazaar Meat tops both of our lists of best places to dine. We had such a wonderful time from beginning to end from the very attentive and friendly staff to the wonderful food and extra touches to make hubby’s birthday extra special. We will definitely be coming back again!

*TIP 1: We got word from Vegas locals that Bazaar Meat will be moving location from the Sahara hotel to The Venetian! Awesome – will look forward to coming again at the new location.

*TIP 2: If it will be your first time there, I’d recommend choosing a tasting menu so that you can try a wide variety of their menu offerings. You will definitely leave feeling stuffed!

*TIP 3: This is going to be a dining experience (especially if you go with the tasting menu). So, allot time to relax and enjoy your meal! Our dining experience went for about 2ish hours.
