WOW!
I was in San Diego for a work conference and needed to find a nice place to take out one of my clients – I am so glad I chose Brigantine – Portside Pier.
THE MOOD:
The conference itself was a hectic few days, but I honestly felt like I transported to another place as soon as I entered Brigantine. The large windows and beautiful patio space and view made it feel like I was on vacation. The weather was nice, we had a great view of the water, and the patio was covered so that as we ate, we felt a nice breeze every so often. This location and view I feel really captures the heart of San Diego.
THE FOOD:
We ordered the following:
-Sea Bass with risotto and asparagus (the sea bass was melt in your mouth and the risotto had a great consistency and was creamy)
-Oysters (we got 2 dozen oysters and they all tasted nice and fresh)
-Crab and Shrimp Fondue (this came with crunchy garlic toast). The crab and shrimp fondue was rich, creamy, and tasty and paired really well with the nicely with the crunchy garlic toast.
THE ‘TUDE:
Our waiter was the best. He was so kind and really took care in making sure my business lunch went smoothly. He was attentive and also informative of the menu.
OVERALL:
From the San Diego vibes, good food, and great service, I will definitely be back to enjoy!Helpful 1
